28 Broad Street Lofts, located in Downtown Bangor, ME, has a rich and unique history. The building was built in the early 1900s and was originally home to the Dakins Sporting Goods Store. Today, It is casually referred to as The Dakins Building. 28 Broad Street Lofts began renovations in April 2014 and opened it's doors in July 2015 with over 75% of units pre-leased. In 2016, the addition of 3 more luxury units is expected.
